If embassy processing takes longer than expected, we will keep you informed every step of the way. Our client testimonials reflect what matters most — patience, compassion and professionalism.

How Our Shipping Process Works for Families

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent and supportive:

Consultation

A dedicated coordinator learns your needs and explains country-specific requirements.

Documentation

We gather and legalize death certifications, cremation certificates and consular permits on your behalf.

Secure transport

We book direct flights and ensure the urn meets TSA compliance standards. Containers must be X-ray scannable, such as wood, plastic or non-lead ceramic, to pass screening. According to the TSA, officers will not open containers under any circumstances.

Global Logistics Management

We monitor the flight and coordinate the final handover to you or a funeral home.
